I remember buying "thin clothes" . clothes that didn't fit but I thought eventually would, once I lost the weight . The weight never came off and every time I'd re-try on the clothes, I'd get more and more depressed. It was a vicious circle. At first I blamed myself, saying that I didn't have willpower or discipline, and that it was my own fault I was fat. I'd get on a diet, all gung-ho. and after a few weeks (months at best) something would just shift . In retrospect I realize this was a combination of both me and the fact that these diets were just not sustainable for long term lifestyle. I mean, who wants to eat cabbage soup or no carbs for the rest of their lives? Not me. So I got really desperate. I researched and researched. A TON. And, The Results Shocked Me To The Core. I KNEW there was a way to lose weight that could be both effective AND sustainable. But I had no idea to find it. And man, y ou should see just some of the things I found out on the journey. ...
